Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices listed are per person, in U.S. Dollars, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
2. Adult Tour prices are based on double-occupancy, i.e., 2 Adult Tours sharing a room. Single-occupancy hotel accommodation pricing is available upon request.
3. Child Tour prices are based on sharing accommodations with an Adult, i.e., 1 Adult and 1 Child, or 2 Adults and 1 Child. If available, connecting rooms will be provided. Please inquire about reduced rates if more than 2 children are traveling.
4. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire trip.
5. Tours must be booked by March 6, 2020.
6. Cancellations will incur a 50% charge, if cancelled by March 6, 2020. Any cancellations received after March 6, 2020 will not be refunded. Cancellations must be received by emailing [email protected].
7. Tours are only guaranteed if the minimum number of bookings is reached. If your booking was cancelled by Raspberry Tours, a 100% refund will be issued to you by April 7, 2020.
8. What's Not Included: Visas, Trip cancellation insurance or any other travel insurance, Alcoholic beverages, International Airfare.
9. The itineraries presented on the website are subject to modification and change by Raspberry Tours. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate trips as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent.
10. After booking, if it is necessary to levy an additional surcharge, Raspberry Tours reserves the right to do so.
11. Raspberry Tours and the Raspberry Tours Travel Expert reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the tour and to use them for promotional or commercial use.
